What is ZIPEGC?
ZIPEGC means ZIP Electronic Gift Card. The store sells electronic gift cards and game products and offers supported game and prepaid-card top-ups. Available regions, denominations and delivery types are listed on each product page.
Is a card’s currency the same as my payment currency?
A card’s region and face currency determine where it can be redeemed. The display currency is a price conversion and does not change the card. Your order shows the final payment currency, exchange rate and amount. A display currency without a supported payment channel requires your confirmation before ordering in USD.
Where do I find my digital delivery?
Sign in and open My orders. The order page shows payment and fulfilment status. Gift codes or top-up results appear after payment has been confirmed and fulfilment has completed. Delivery time depends on the product and supplier; an unpaid order does not expose gift codes.
How do reseller balances work?
The balance model is only for API procurement from a reseller’s independent website. The reseller collects its own retail payments, then submits procurement orders to ZIPEGC and pays from its USD supply balance. A hosted ZIPEGC sub-site uses the main store’s direct payment flow and separate commission accounting.
Can I protect my account with an authenticator?
Yes. After signing in, enable two-factor authentication in My account. Save the one-use recovery codes when they are shown. If the store requires two-factor authentication, setup is required before the login is completed.
